Accommodation:
Accommodation is twin share. There is a limited number of rooms with queen size beds. You are required to bring your own linen (sheets, pillowcase and bath towel). Please advise via the registration form if there is another participant you would prefer to share with.
Meals:
All meals are included and will be plant based. Please advise dietary restrictions via the registration form.
Choir Retreat – Participation Form
Cost:
Cost for all meals, accommodation and workshop activites is $810 per person. However, if the retreat is fully subscribed with 30 participants this cost will reduce to $710. There will also be incremental reductions in cost as we continue approach 30 participants. You will receive a refund for any reduction in cost that materialises.
Payment and Registration:
To secure your place at the retreat you need to make payment in full of $810. Until payment of $810 is made your participation is not confirmed. Payment to be made into the dedicated retreat bank account below. Forms to be submitted to bigvoicechoir@gmail.com

Please do not use the above account for normal choir payments. It is a dedicated account for the retreat only.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel after full payment has been made, but more than 18 days before the retreat start date (before 20 May), you will receive a full refund less $240. i.e. a refund of $570.
- If you need to cancel between 18 and 10 days of the retreat start date you will receive a refund of $225.
- If you cancel within 10 days of the retreat start date unfortunately there is no refund possible.
Getting there:
The venue has very limited parking available as it usually caters for arrival by bus. Therefore participants will be asked to car pool and parking spaces will be specifically allocated. Please aim for at least 3 people per vehicle. If you don’t know other participants in your vicinity we will introduce you to other participants residing in your area.
